They can add in the Mueller stuff and he can't get pardoned form it too.

Nail him to the wall with everything and send it to the Senate immediately for his trial which can last the next 14 days (or whatever it is) and impeach him fully on the very last one.

I don't think Pelosi should wait until Monday, call the house back into emergency session yesterday, if not today and get everybody back to Washington ASAP. Hold an impeachment vote ASAP and get the ball rolling, Mitch or Chuck should be holding an up down vote on removal by Monday evening with a 2/3s voting for removal. If Pence pardon's him then Pence will be looking at a full blown effort to imprison him as part of a conspiracy. This is sedition and attempted treason, the normal rules for defendants don't apply, they have extraordinary rights, the privilege's of being and acting above the law with pardon's promised for sedition and treason.
