More fires more smoke filled days.

I live in the North Bay Area of San Francisco as a number of other people of Roll It Up do and as for me, I’m getting sick and tired of all this freaking smoke. When the hell is it going to stop? Now there’s another fire in El Dorado hills due to now get this, a gender reveal party. Even though my plant is looking good I cannot help but wonder how good it might have been without all these weeks of smoke-filled sky’s.

I’m right there with ya bud. It’s been getting up to 110F here in the East Bay, as well as super smokey. Not ideal flowering conditions in of the slightest. I can tell you I am 100% washing all my buds that were exposed to weeks of smoke and cross my fingers the combo of heat and smoke didn’t ruin the terpene profile. Otherwise, I’ll have a lot of concentrate to be working with!

It's ugly this morning. The sun shining through the smoke makes it red. Creepy. The ash is still falling, though not the big particles that made it look like snow ten days ago, I see it on the leaves. I'll keep using the leaf blower to dust off the plants. I'm spending time indoors during the best days of summer because of the smoke. You can't even drive away from it.

Sorry you guys are going through such a nightmare. My dad's in Mariposa so I'm keeping an eye on it somewhat. That Creek Fire over the weekend sounded like a crazy bad event in terms of how quickly it blew up. 2020 has been a hell of a year so far...and I have a feeling the worst is yet to come. Hope everyone stays safe.

The light is dark red and it's cold, it's only 61 degrees at 11:15, at least 15 degrees less than it would be, if not for the smoke cover. This is what a "nuclear winter" would look like.
I'll be dusting all day.

I have a friend that lives in Mill City Oregon. I sure hope he hasn't lost everything. I sent him a text but haven't heard back. I talked to another friend that lives in the coast range and he has his Go Bag and pets ready to go.

Damn wind. It's going to be impossible to get these fires under control with the heat, low humidity, dry conditions, and 30 - 40 mph gusts of wind.

This just sucks. Even where I'm at I have my hoses ready. Any spark with these dry conditions and any neighborhood can go up in flames. Especially those with lots of trees.

Be prepared for anything and stay safe.

Not good news when the governor says at least 5 cities have suffered major destruction. Sounds like all they can do is concentrate on getting folks clear. Wtf??

Get out if they tell you to. With these winds the fires are out of control. Stay up on the news if your're in a fire zone and please stay safe. Property can be replaced. Lives cannot.

"Nearly all of the state’s half dozen or so biggest fires are zero percent contained, due primarily to hot heavy winds, said Doug Grafe, chief of fire protection at the Oregon Department of Forestry.

“Everyone must be on high alert,” given the hot, dry, windy conditions, the governor said. “The next several days are going to be extremely difficult.”

“Our No. 1 priority right now is saving lives,” she said. “If you are asked to evacuate, do so immediately.”

My daughter is up there at her moms ready to give birth. That fire was kinda close but didn’t get em. Right now they’re sitting without power still as I am down here.
But shit bro. I’m not even trippin on my outdoor lol.
We started packing shit up at around 3:30am this morning. We’re still under an evacuation warning, but we thought for sure I was gonna burn down again, but the wind died down and looking allot better. This Bear fire grew and moved hella fast almost like the camp fire :-(
i got one of my crops ready to take down indoor, around 22-24lbs. Now that will fucking kill me leaving indoor behind like I did for the camp fire.
