I feel you man I do. I have some back pain too but mri scans said im okay. I told the docs I dont feel ok!!!. These doctors in my town have been playing games with me for over a year!! Still dont have a proper diagnosis.Currently waiting on some neurologist to review my case. I get tingling throughtout my back whenever I hit bumps when I drive. If I move around too much my back starts to hurt. Chiropractor took an xray and told me I had alot of shit wrong with my back but the doctors didnt see anything wrong in the xrays. The chiropractor field is considered quack so I gave up on that. Im only 25 bro!! It does suck man. Cant work/job but growing this plant is the only thing from offing myself and keeping depression at bay. I also exercise on body parts that dont hurt and that helps too!! Hope you figure it out man. Sending good vibes over.

That sounds like a loose lumbar vertebra, brother. My 6th lumbar is also mobile (it should not be). This results in compression to bruising or irritation of the nerves that lie in the small spinal canals. This can cause both tingling and pain.
I was sitting in a kind of folding chair and they have taken lots of lateral xray shots while "folding me stepwise together". Every 5° one shot. This way it is possible to determine the movements of every single vertebrae more precisely.

The probelm is, we sit too much and the sitting starts much too early! Thats the main reason for the really common back pain issues today.
It starts already in the school and that's really a problem.
Children are in growth and the sitting all day long causes the whole skeleton does not grow as it should.

When I remember my childhood we were outside all day long, the more the better. School homework was done in ~30 minutes and then we played outside as long as we were allowed. My son for instance spent 2-3 hours doing his homework and then spending even more hours gaming on the PC. He is 22 now and is studying geology and he already has some problems with his back.
So the most problems today are self made. At least on 3 or 4 of 7 days I just sit all day long and do not leave the house!
In my spare time I chat on the PC and I move my old bones far too little. This is not only problematic for the back ..
My doc says, do at least 10.000 steps every day but most of the time my miband counts less than 3.000 steps per day, lol!

Currently its 6.30am and I sit already since one hour in front of my TV watching the start of the new formula1 saison while chatting with you guys. 7.55am I will take a few shots right before the light goes on, prepare them and than upload my cupdate. All that of course in sitting position.
Believe it, the whole back pain issues today are 90% self made.

But let's not go on with this topic here. Its not the right place to discuss our back pain ;-)

Do we have a word of the week finally or have I missed it already?

Yeah man I think thats where most of my problems began too. I now stand all day and whenever I lie down I do it facing with my belly down. I look at my laptop on a standing desk. I hang on a bar for at least 1min a couple of times a day to decompress my back. Then I try to align my disks on each side and after that I go down on my belly and kind of do like a half push up but my thighs dont leave the ground. I do this if in case its a buldging disk I can try to push it back in.
The word of the week hasnt been given. I think dawg got pissed at a mod telling him to chill and I think he stopped the comp man. I think its over

Nope! The comp is not done! 100%! The dawg is may be pissed off a bit but it needs more than that to chase him away.
He does not bark, he bites!!! He's probably the crudest pit bull you've ever seen. No one dares to move near his trailer cuz he's such a fast beast usually no one has a chance. @PSUAGRO can sing a song about him.
He has not quit..
He lurks probably under the stairs and waits for the next dummy talking stupid to him..

Believe me, it needs more to get him to quit the comp. If really someone has run to the mods this one knows who is meant.

So fellas, saturday mornin'... It's time to finally stop dreaming ...
Week 8's cupdate will at least wake up a few of you dreamers.

Lets start with the mandatory top, side and bottom shots.
top view.jpg side view.jpg from below.jpg
Done or not, I've added it on the cup.

She still gets the same 640ppms, no PK13-14, no stupid and expensive boosters, just the cheapest nutes I've found and a bit TNC MycorrMax every week(contains 3 different mycos, 2 tricho's and 6 soil living bacteria). Cup dries out every night but the cup is so full of roots when I add 150ml ~50 will run off below. Maybe the clay granules store some water the plant can use but I thing the added myco's protect the roots too.
another side view of the other side.jpg

850μMol/s was a bit too much last week and I have bleached her a little so two days later I'm already back to around 750μMol/s (52.500lx) and she seems fine with the decision.

a little bleaching, back to 750μMolz.jpg

She finished stretching with exact 50cm/20" and will end up with 21-22" probably because of stacking flowers. Cola has +4" currently..

maxed out at 20inch.jpg

Lower nugs, trichomes are still small but she smells already a bit woody, like sandalwood and pine needles but with a certain fruity sweetness too. macro.jpg

Yummy!
Reminds me, I'm slowly gettin' hungry, lol! Before I get a snack attack I will end up my weekly cupdate now.

Beautiful! Just so... Classy.
As for backpains @Thegermling : theres a trick i give to clients: try lying down on the floor, with your feet and knees high on a sofa or similar. Put a rolled up towel, not too tightly rolled, on the floor before so that you are lying comfortably on the towel, aligned with your spine, with your feet/knees supported without opening the knees too much to sides. And just lie there for about 5-10 mins and wait for your back to release. If your condition has triggered numbness best start very carefully. YMMV. But ive actually lost patients from my osteo practice cause with this excercise cause they didnt need me anymore.
