Voltage around 54 ( that’s what the bds are), amps depend on how much light you want.

Have you looked at the mapping?
I'm not sure what mapping you're talking about. I'm still on the way to learning about all these new aspects of LEDs I didn't have to worry about modding flashlights.

2 wires appear to go into where you press down to remove wires that are inserted from the end of the connector
weird
This!

...snip...
Yes, I get all that about the parallel wiring it's just that as above I don't understand the wires going into the part of the socket that I'm told is used to stick a pin in to remove the wires coming in from the side?! There's obviously something I'm not getting here with the plug on the board. It's not such a big deal now because the lights are up and it's all fine. I was more worried about damaging the board when I was first asking. Now I'm just curious.

Wouldn't inserting a wire into that hole in the front loosen the wire coming out the side?

Nuther great grower over there, tbone shuffle the hlg and meanwell expert on gc...prob drove thousands of boards volume for hlg, drivers for meanwell...hlg & meanwell never did didley to comp him, so he says, working with invisible sun now on competing lights...yet still helping anyone who asks about hlg and meanwell...

More wasted opportunity...

I really only need two of these for a planned 2x4 but might just end up getting four instead. Might be a good backup or make things easier to expand in the future if the space allows.
The more LEDs I research, the more I keep coming back to these for value over cost.

You got it...nothin like the work that went into producing it...

Smart money’s on starting here and workin backwards...

no prob answering questions afterwards..
Holy crap, you weren't kidding about the work put into those.
Thanks for the heads up. One trip to the grocery store later and reading a few pages got me signed up on gc.

Day 25 from cloner: All mains survived the tiedown, tightened them this morning, expect to do final topping later this week, train the resulting 8 mains, and go vertical to 12-14” flowering height in next 2 weeks. Aggressive schedule for 18:6, but these lights may be up to it...

Some yuge fans, and tight, tight nodes...can’t get enuff of these 96s.

Uvb at 36 mins/day (~100+ uW/cm sq) and holding for now...uvb is just one small part of this grow, seeing tip leaves overdosing...backed off to this level...not gonna push them further until flowering.

Mothers at 25 days into flower: Under 3 96s and 3 rapidled pucks, look at those tight nodes...

8 culled clones a little over 1 week since 12:12: 2 mains/plant, working on 4-5 nodes
