the "deep state" has admitted something? the "deep state" is either secret, and doesn't admit it's existence, or it's not real, and can't admit anything......pick one......
how is spraying anything in the air selective? how do the "deep state" people plan on not being effected by something that's in the atmosphere of the entire planet?
