I just wanna tell everyone this the moment your not expecting it you will get your card... I'm sorry to those who applied before me and haven't got there's yet.. you will... I wish you all get it or got it today or tomorrow.. I never called nor bothered to bother them... Had it went into next month ok that would of been another story... If you don't hear anything your fine its getting processed... Now I have a question for those who have had there card for a while now... Since my PC doctor didn't have a clue I went to a clinic by me... They told me to call them after I got my card... Well I don't want to waste 100 bucks to go there for nothing I know what works for me... They did say to make an appointment once i got it but as someone stated before all they want is more money... Do I need to go back, is there any sense in keeping a relationship with them as I have a 3 year card and hear all you have to do is pay once the 3 years is up and get another no having to get fingerprints and putting in another form all of that you dont have to re do I looked it up.. Just curious

Illinois is a straight hustle. $200 for a 2 year extension. It’s hilarious and making me broke. :(
But all in all no need to stress. Once JB gets in our problems will be solved for the most part. He will make the process easier. Rauner is too conservative for the weed game. But don’t look for JB and Illinois to make any major changes except the general pain qualification and I don’t think they will legalize recreational just yet. If they did then illinois would lose out on all that medical cannabis card money.

So they told me my card is being printed in Pennsylvania. Do they mail the cards directly from the printer?
Yes. Hang in there George. I know you're probably sick of bugging the mail man each day but don't worry. You'll get your card any day now. I'm going to guess... hmm... the end of next week.

Nope.

I emailed them a change dispensary form on Monday. Never received a response. I'm pretty sick of the state so I haven't bothered trying to contact them since. I'm hoping my card will just show up any day now. Tomorrow would be cool...:blsmoke:

Ahh bummer.. I hope your get it tomorrow too! My check was cashed last week, hopefully it’s not the whole 30 days from then. Think today is day 72 for me.

Keeps us posted!

Thanks. I appreciate that. I’m anxious...

I hate to be that person but when I can tell the toaster I ordered this morning will be delivered by 9pm tomorrow... it’s hard to be patient with no tracking information and a very broad delivery timeframe. :(

I don't know. I did see someone's finger prints had to be redone.
Yup - that was me. I just needed to get them taken again and they came out much better the 2nd time. I just found out today that my application is at the SOS, so my card should be here soon!

My application was submitted on April 8.

Hang on there endless nameless we are in the same boat! (Fingers crossed!!..Soon I pray!!!)

Does anyone have any predictions when this card might arrive for me?!?

I applied through 1Body1Life on March 16. At that time I was told 45-60 days.

The state application fee ($250) was charged to my credit card on March 27.

After 60 days, I tried emailing Illinois Department of Public Health Medical Cannabis Program and got the same response that most of you have gotten;
"Due to a high volume of processing, we CANNOT respond to inquiries about your application status. We will process all applications based on the date received. If additional documents are needed to review your application, you will receive a letter from the program asking for more information along with information on how to submit the documents."

I called 1Body1Life, they told me "no, I'm not sure who would have said 45 - 60 days, the state is very backed up and its more like 90 days".

I tried medclock as some of you have suggested, they stated 55 days and gave me an estimated date of June 1. Which was incorrect and honestly just added to the frustration.

In an attempt to figure this out; I called the IDPH yesterday.

Surprisingly I got through on my first call, the lady was extremely nice and very helpful. She looked up my application, confirmed the date that it was received (March 27), then went through the application to make sure nothing was missing.

She then said they have not processed it yet and that I should expect to hear something in 90 days from the application date, June 27.

I hope this helps some of you, I was neurotically looking in the mailbox each day for the past several weeks thinking something has gone wrong or has gotten lost in the mail or during the process.

I'm now just waiting until June 27
I applied at 1 body as well and the IDPH lady confirmed my application was submitted the 27th as well !
Which dispensary are you signed up for ?
No card yet lady said on Monday they have not gotten to my application TALK Soon Brotha s!
