Need help diagnosing these plants.

I havent found anything like it on the web.

Promix and perlite mix
About 2nd week in veg
600 watt mh

Any help is Greatly appreciated!

Looks overwatered/some type of root issue. But as mentioned above could be pests. The leaves look blistered, they are droopy and have some twisting, those are symptoms of russet/broad mites.
Ultimately we can't say for sure with out some more info. Type of soil, are you feeding, rh, how often are you watering, ect.

I would lean towards over-watering and Ph out of wack first before I start looking at the pest possibility
