The girls are 52 or 53 days in, really about too late for anything other than the no pest strips imo. Way too close to harvest. If I continue having issues which I am almost 100% sure the no pest strips shut them down, then I will have to go some other method. Yeah, no way in hell am I losing any amount of this crop, this late into flower because of those little bastards.

I know a guy who grows in a greenhouse and keeps the no pest strips inside at all times and has never had an issue with any insect. Dichlorvos is a very powerful gas. What I like about it is the simplicity of it it and how nothing has to be sprayed onto the buds.

Thanks for stopping by Skiz and for taking the time to read the journal out. Now maybe you can stay caught up on it haha. Lots of exciting things to come soon and a ginormous pheno and strain variation is right around the corner. I love running multiple strains.

Lower your temps and humidity to slow their reproduction. The rate in which mites reproduce from 75 to 85 is like 10 fold.

Hey man, no problem! Thanks for posting.
Excited to hear you got the pests out :)
I look forward to seeing the harvest of these babies!

Cheers :bigjoint:
Yeah getting those taken care of was a relief like never before. It really had me tripping out hard after I first discovered them. Thankfully those strips came through.

Harvest is just around the corner on all except for the Headbangers. I am on day 56 today and plan to take most of them between days 62 and 66.

So we know bud porn will be dropping soon! :joint:

Well folks, since the mites have been taken care of and under control, my impatience is beating me in the ass pushing me to get those GPS plants out of the veg room and cast into the laboratory to keep things rolling...

So once I finish feeding and watering this morning, I guess I am gonna go ahead and send some that way, enough to fit in comfortably. They all can't go obviously, until I get all of the plants harvested first. At least this keeps things running more perpetually.

I am going to PM you brother..

But it is perfectly ready at 49 days, can be taken at 46 no problem. I'm not exaggerating either, it's lightning fast. This was a chosen cut pheno I received as a gift, not sure how many beans you would have to grow out to get it but it is AMAZING if your perpetual and need fast returns.
Green crack is super fast,
The one they get from dark heart is around 45 days,
Berry white is not a large producer , it is high quality, great taste and potency, but fast, it is always one of the first to come off is why a lot of growers grow it to be first on the market in the spring.

So what do you guys think about a custom sea of green idea I just had pop into my head... Well I don't know if I would call it SOG but, sorta.

I am thinking of packing 3 gal pots side by side in separate low/short totes with custom drains on the bottom of the totes. Medium would likely be promix HP and maybe experiment with some coco as well. My idea kinda works towards easier watering, larger yields, less veg time, quicker turn arounds.

I will have these totes side beside so pretty much the entire floor will be covered and packed thick with plants. In the center I would leave a small walkway to get in and out to water. When watering I could simply bottom feed, by pouring in the entire 5 gallon mixing jug, let them suck up what they need and then drain the excess water/nutrient solution.

I would train the plants into having most bud production focus on main colas... something a long those lines. This is just an idea I will be really experimenting in the next 5 years or so because I love trying new things and who knows what you could find to be the optimal technique. I have learned, when it comes to growing, experimenting and not sticking to one said thing is the best method.

Throw some ideas out and help me customize this if you want. It is just a ruff draft in the brain atm lol.
This is a outstanding idea,
Put a shit load of them in, veg for a few weeks, two colas each to start, trimmed and trained with a net you would kill it for production

How many plants would you do in a 3x6 ?
3 gallon containers are ideal for production, I would fit as many as I could under the area, pack the space completely tight,
The amount that would fit in the area would depend on the size of containers you would use,
I would say around 20 would fit,
It would be good to know the strain you are running, how much stretch the plant gets, for example if it's a sative put them in after a few weeks of veg , topped once at around 1 ft tall,
If it's a heavy indica give it longer in veg, topped once , forming two colas each, strip the side Branch's that want to shoot off over a couple of inchs to keep them formed up,
This method also kills it in rockwool that psychadelibud is talking about,
You can even use cheap net pots for this method .
In rockwool you have to keep a eye on the moisture level of the rockwool, in full bloom flood the rockwool maybe once a day. It will be sucking the water hard by the end of the bloom phase.
Drop net on ratchet straps week ,2,5 to 3 ,
On flood and drain tables most growers put the clones in right off the bat then lollypop the individual clones to keep the formed into nice tight individual buds, what you call lollypoping , some of the best production comes off tables,
There are draw backs to tables though ,
The main ones being height restrictions for many growers, the other is it does not allow you normally to use the full depth of the canopy , ( light penetration) because the plants are packed to tight in the space and root mass is not large enough,
3 gallon containers are ideal,
Once you grow your plant a few times you will be able to determine if it likes to cola up, and the density of the canopy and how many colas you need for proper light penatration to develop the colas deep,
Some strains you might want 24 colas in like a 4X4 area, some only 18 ,

In 3 gallon buckets packed tight so long as you got your stretch you might even only have them trained to one cola, .
So what, 20 3 ounces colas is 60 ounces,
No problem three gallon hydro containers getting three ounces in that kind of volume of root mass,
That's 3.75 lbs per lamp,

Here is a few Chem 91 JB cut photos I took yesterday while trimming the tops... This cut is like Corey on steroids with a little less burnt rubber/wire funk and little more chemical leaning with notes of a radioactive aftermath.... Fuely, sour, cleaner and toxic... she is bound to be potent!

Also, I'm not sure if I ever cleared this up here in my thread on RIU. I know I did on IC mag... But I have found out, this is not the true SKVA Chem 91... this is the JB cut. That is what Skunk VA told me after inspecting some images of her on IC.

Sorry for the confusion... I wish it was the SKVA and I would give anything to have that I cut one day... but this JB cut is bad ass, I would not give her up for nothing. She' getting a reveg for sure!

I hope I can find frost like that my s1's.
I wish you the best macsnax and I'm sure they are in there. I wanted to get the s1's Gu released but went with the other releases instead, everything but mimosa as it didn' interest me that much.

I skipped the glue s1's only because I have the original clone only glue already.

so is the JB cut the reunion cut? Chem #4?

I am definitely gonna be trying that out, I could only assume you are correct with all that thick crystallzation she pushes out!

The "JB Cut " is the Joe Brand cut... Now who "Joe" is and how this all come about? I have no clue, but soon to be investigating it... I do know the JB cut is supposed to be pretty dieselish in its ancestry... Sure smells it. Very very sour!
