What should i use in my jars for the biggest yeilds. I plan to transfer my colonized material into totes. Also, whats the best substrate to fruit my colonized material in?

So far my choices are

Jars:
Rye berrys
Popcorn
Brown rice flower
Wild bird seed
Vermiculite

Substrate:
Cow manure
Horse manure
Wormcastings
Coco coir
Vermiculite
Straw
Orchid bark

This is a modified pf tek id like to try
The ingredients of the pf cakes are:

1 cup dry vermiculite

1 cup store bought manure/humus mix

1 cup water

1 cup whole brown rice (ground to flour with a coffee grinder after measuring)

1/2 cup worm castings

1 tablespoon used coffee grounds

1 teaspoon gypsum

the depth of you sub and moisture I believe is what will give you the largest yielding shrooms ... but I believe the manure based subs will give you more potent shrooms.. just my opinion..and from what I've experienced so far... I'm very much a noob still ..

So what would the optimal depth and humidity?

I'm growing the KOH SAMUI..not sure if that Makes a difference..lol.. but so far I've had the biggest shrooms come from a 2" 1/2 - 3" deep sub.. which will hold more moisture.. depending on the ratio it was mixed.. I mix mine with slightly less vermiculite because of all the little bits of wood chips and bark (which are full of moisture) that's in my compost .. I try keeping humidity as high as I can .. I'm finding it tougher to do in the winter so I'm fanning less.. my compost is a mix of leaves, grass, yard waste, rabbit poop, chicken poop.

optimum humidity is 100% or as close as you can get to it..
you can play around with the
depth of the sub.. all the biggest shrooms I've seen came out of tubs with a fairly deep sub..

fresh air exchange is a must. As in, dont cover the fruiting chamber holes up when pinning/fruiting and air stones in a cup of water help. I notice a leap from yielding many skinny caps to a few large/thicker caps and in turn bigger yield that is also easier to clean.
