Saliva Testing.. Ways to Pass?

I'm sure you know by now that the MSP is doing a "pilot program" to collect the data they need to make random saliva testing for drivers go statewide. So, we have about a year to find a way to beat those tests. Lets share ways that work, and ways that don't. Many of us never come down for medical reasons, so passing these tests will become critical for serious medical users.

I have heard that hydrogen peroxide can be used as a mouthwash. It's bad for your teeth.

One question I have about THC... Is it an oil itself? or is it something else? If it ios an oil, then putting a little Dawn dishsoap on a toothbrush should do the trick.

For one it will be a cheap a$$ test as they can't take it to a lab since they wanting result then and there, therefore anyone could possibly be false negative or pass and be dirty, i prob wouldn't worry about it as drug can stay in saliva up to a week depending on what it is so really thats be a dick move for whoever to go about getting you in trouble, i would battle that sh!t out in court!

My issue is that I have to stay medicated, and would test positive for a couple days even i didn't smoke that day.

I was involved in a research of this exact issue. First the failure rate of those exact tests is a sure winner in court.
The false positives are absurd with their source.
An ancient ritual was used with a 95% success rate. The 5% failures were from false positives of other drugs not even present in the donor assay.
its called pulling. Involves sesame seed oil and a swish. It works because I say so, and the physics of it are well documented on google, have fun.
We all brush our teeth before driving, be sure to brush the gums and cheeks too where cannabis oil lives longtime.
any oil will foil the test sometimes but sesame oil will negate results every time if performed correctly.
you're welcome MI ! think little key chain caps, necklace, .... pop in the mouth, etc. ...... who's ready to market.....

as a daily user it'd be weeks, you'd test dirty for weeks after cessation.
this pile of shit will remove the driving privilege from medical marijuana patients that need their medicine daily. Unlike Oxycontin, methamphetamines, experimental psychotropic drugs for suicidal drivers, or methadone....smoke a joint yesterday??? go directly to jail, lose your car, get a lawyer, pay 7k first offense diu. wtf

Chem is right on point with his comments. Theres presently no scientific data backing the results of the test like a B.A.L. All they have is a set nanogram level and where you may exceed (25 nanograms) to determine the test results. Ok,....so Im 6'2 310 lbs and have 27 nanograms present in my saliva.....and so does this 4'8" female that weighs 89 lbs. How accurate or scientific is that?

The whole body mass index thing and testing pot like that is, well it's fucked. I don't believe there is any accuracy behind it.

Its not really run off of a BMI so my comment may have been a bit misleading, but its still safe to say that if between the 2 sized people I referred to in my comment, who would be more affected at 40 nanograms detection if both smoked 20 minutes ago? My understanding is that they are testing to see how long ago you smoked. Anything over 25 nanograms is considered impaired driving meaning you smoked within a 4-6 hour window according to the testing manufacturer. Its just a way to legally profile and a way for the state to make $$$ in the name of safety....like they did with seatbelts.

What next...road side semen checkpoint to make sure you aren't in the "diddler" databank.
"Hey buddy, them glasses and mustache are quite suspect. I'm gonna need you to pull over here and....."

I get what your saying. It just seems like every time this topic comes up you hear inconsistency between height and weight of people.

I've seen a number of respected cannabis attorneys in Michigan say you should refuse the saliva test and take the $200 fine due to the problems caused by false positives- simply don't take the chance. Don't give them a reason to pull you over in the first place.

Its just a matter of probable cause I believe. If they see you swerve just the slightest or go 2mph under the speedlimit they can say they suspected you of being under the influence of a controlled substance. They are the trained "specialists" team now according to the state police. I didnt hear about a $200 fine, but from my understanding they can use your refusal as an aid in building probable cause( just like a breathalyzer), detain you and request a warrant to have blood drawn. I hope Im wrong.

They get a check list to mark off and a certification, which makes them an 'expert' in the eyes of the court. It is just another tool they can use to arrest people. Don't play the game is the advice of the attorneys.

I don't use marijuana, there is NO WAY I would allow them to test me for it.

anyone know where the civil infraction is listed?

washtenaw county or a2 should make it a $1 fine for refusing the test.

unconstitutional piece of crap designed to catch marijuana smokers.
