Your plants will double-triple in size during flower, so take into account pot size and light size.. I say flower away and good luck.

welcome to the forum, Clone em and flower em. They will double or triple in height. A good thing to do before cloning is to flush they palnts for a day or so. This help lower the nitrogen content which would hinder root development. That way you are starting with fresh Bloom nutes and just flushed plants. VV

if there indicas you need to veg until they get 3feet and then go 12/12 but if there sativa/ indica cross then start flowering at 10/12 ins

not true IMO
^^wop

but still you have to veg indica 7-9 weeks till it is matured if you want to flower a fully matured plant.
mixes will take 7-10, some odd cases even 11 weeks. sativa i never seen ready till past week 10 in veg, sometimes it will take up to 14 weeks.

a good indication that the plant is matured besides time in veg is if the nodes start to alternated in levels compered to each other. if this becomes visible undoubtable it is ready:)

There are 2 features that distinguish mature veggie plants from immature ones. They are alternating nodal arrangement and leaves with 5 or more blades. You can flower before those features are present, but the plants perform a whole lot better if you wait. Most strains except for equ. sats have these features by 12" or so. Personally, mine have always had these features before they reach 30 days old.
Peace
