of course.... feed lightly, very lightly, right now, unless you're also using FF soil, then feed when the plant shows hunger

So I wait for the 3rd week and give 1/4 of nutes ??
age of plant doesn't matter. I've seen guys on here have a seedling that is over a month old with 2 sets of leaves because they are extremely stunted. Don't go on age of the auto or things will go badly. Start giving nutes once the plant has 3 sets of true leaves ( meaning leaves with 3-5 follicules) In my experience autos aren't to nutrient sensitive. I usually start off at 1/2 strength and up it every feeding.

the dosage i can't reply on as i don't know what you're using or anything about your grow. always better to start slowly. you can base it on the plant and how it appears or try what we do.

We typically use a very low dosage every other watering as we want our plant to always have enough energy via ferts. so we don't wait until the plant shows signs of needing something. if its always there they are happy. we use organic only, not chemical based/man-made. guano, bone meal, etc. our plants always, and i mean always look great. never had an issue EVER. well, once we did when the light fell on it but that's a whole different story.

An auto will NOT clone ... It has an internal clock that cannot be reversed ( if your cutting even rooted it will continue from the time it was cut ). Regular photo strains can reveg , made perpetual ( mother ) .

i personally use fox farms ocean forest soil in a 3 gal smart pot and i started nutes right about in the middle of week 3. i used so lil at first, i added about a teaspoon to a gallon just to give her a nudge of veg nutes (Grow Big Fox Farms). i would say week 3 is the sweet spot to start nutes for autoflowers, if you are using soil that already has some added fertilizers. cannabis is a resilient plant. if she isnt getting enough she will tell you, if she is getting too much, she will tell you. and be healthy once she stabilizes out.>>>Just remember to start low and work your way up!<<<
