Not in the US I don't think they check the mail for marijuana seeds here.. I mean.. there has to be better stuff to do.

anything that comes in from other coutries does, its just that there is so much mail coming in the y cant get everything .only around 5%. but customs will snag your shit if they recog. it happened to me a couple of times.
