Well this is more interesting than college basketball brackets, anyway!

I'm clueless about what states are gonna go to whom, simply because I feel so out of touch with what the average voter is making of this electing season.

Well trump said he was gonna make a huge play for cali.

Most votes of any Republican candidate ever, shooting for most of any candidate and going for donkey territory?

The man is bold.

So you've got VA as the deciding swing state.

Would be interesting to see a R lose after having won Ohio and Florida.
no, i just want to see how easy it will be without florida and ohio.

virginia is solid blue now. it is not a swing state at all anymore.

thank demographics, bignbushy.

Virginia is at best purple. We've got to see what happens when a black candidate isnt at the head of the ticket to motivate that turnout.

It was considered solidly red as recent as 04. Two cycles don't make it blue, not with the candidate we had. People who never voted before came out in droves for Obama.

What makes you think Trump will win any more votes in Virginia than McCain or Romney?

I think the map will need a third color once the indy that Bill Kristol's been talking about declares, half those reds are gonna lose a bit of their crimson if you ask me (although the blue's won't change much imo)

Is that confirmed? Any idea on the nominee? I can't see anybody making much of a dent unless it's somebody as outrageous as Trump
