Foggy Lake up past Gothic Basin at the end of the Mountain Loop Hwy past Granite Falls in the Central Cascades,WA
THis hike is amazing, it starts at Wheeden Creek Trail and then climbs high into the meadow Basin dotted with small ponds and lakes with wonderful craggy peaks all around. The final scramble will take you to the end at this Gorgeous Lake cupped in peaks at the very very top!

I just attempted an hour and a half hike up mount Douglas which is this tiny little mountain. We made it 3 quarters up smoked a blunt and came back down lol. No it wasn't the blunt my legs were giving out from just 30 mins of uphill climbing, I'm seriously out of shape. I do love nature though and plan on doing the hike again next weekend, just 4 years ago I could run up to the top. The view from up there is amazing, nothing like those pics from WA but I'll snap a few pics and share them on here.

This is a water fall i hiked to in NC back in June when it was still hot as hell outside. I wish i brought my bathing suit with me. There were some smaller falls that people were riding down into the river. I'll probably go back again. I need to get back outside now that its getting cooler.

From the top. If you zoom in you can see people at the bottom, shows you how big this thing is.

Ya there's silver falls where I'm at it's no where near as big as that, maybe half, but it's still beautiful, there's a couple of tubs and you can go right unear the falls and test your might against the water. It would definitely cripple you if you went down the rest of the falls so you better be aware of what your doing, not too baked or drunk.

I'll try to take some pics of that too.

There were a bunch of signs that said warning: people have died and been seriously injured here STAY ON THE PATH!

Nobody listens. There was one guy clinging onto the side of the rock at the bottom of the water fall trying to inch closer to the downpour and i'm just wonsder wtf is wrong with this guy?

I was able to hit up the Columbia River Gorge waterfall area this summer.off hwy 84
Multnomah Falls , @horse tail falls u got to check out where the trail behind it leads a short hike up to Triple Falls. this is a very awesome area next to the Mighty Columbia River that separates OR from WA... these falls are only about 30 miles east of Portland OR. and a great summer time place to go for a dip.

yeah there are..it will take you years to hit all the best.
The best of the best is The Lake Enchantments by Leavenworth. Talk about heaven on earth, it is mind blowing up there. There is no easy way up to those lakes but its worth it. Totally. 7 miles 4500 feet to snow lake route, then another 1000 feet rock scramble up next to a waterfall to reach the first Lake. OR the other way is to go up past Colchuck lake and up and then up what continues to be the deadly route of Asgarts Pass. I do snow lake route.

They may be a little fuzzy, because the damn mosquitos were RAVENOUS this eve.

Hopefully there will be more time after training over the next 2 weeks for more walks and a venture to an area called "The Forks", which is apparently beautiful.

@WHATFG - isn't this your old stomping grounds? I may be mistaken.
