Honestly, I'm a bit of a wild dude. That's why I keep to myself, I don't react well in these kinds of situations. I would've confronted them or came outta nowhere with a well placed left to one of thier fucking faces!

Im a shit talking, bar fighting, ex gang member that still holds his own when I have to.

Ask yourself this honestly please. There's 3 of them and they are built. How many men can you take on? I'd only have let my bf fight 2 of them and he's very big and quite Russian. Because you know and so do I that you have to finish it, it's street fighting. Like, if you start it, you will die if you don't finish it.

Edit: you can hold YOUR own, but what about theirs? Is it the same thing?

I will start off by saying the most importent thing is your health and safety but I dont think a group of people like you said you were in should of stood by and just watched a defenceless old man be robbed. I get that like you said that most of you in the group are girls so I can see why you would of been afraid to intervein but them gutless coward men with you should be ashamed of themselfs maybe its just me but I have such a soft spot for seniors who cant help themselfs I would of broke each one them theifs necks/backs and if they try to fight back i would of bite their throats or faces off. I think more young people should protect/help their elders who have lost what they once were so hearing that poeple just could watch a senior get mugged makes me sick to my stomach but its not what the woman in your group did its about them run away coward so called men in your group did.

Well they weren't even aware until we caught them up and told them. Imagine everyone drunk and talking. These guys were tiny, even I could've beaten them up, they were just wimps and no match for even 2 of them, never mind 3.
I def agree about it being sickening, that's why I started the thread. I held back to see what the girls would do. They were all drunk and easily could've got a broken nose or jaw, not something that would suit my face either.
We had tug of wars with tourist handbags and thieves over the years. We have saved the day for some people.

Question is:- how far do you risk yourself to help another? They are not your people, just a stranger in the street. It's tough deciding.

Sometimes in the moment none of that matters... When I was 16 I was in a landrymat in some apartments and we were tagging our gang name all over the place "surrenos 13" and this older cat came in and saw what we were doing, he was "18th street whatever in the fuck" I don't really remember his gangs name just 18 street. Well anyway, he didn't like our gang so he pulled a 9mm gun out on 2 teenagers and he looked fucked up(it was around 3am at the time) I saw him look at my homeboy who was like my younger brother and pointed the gun at him, that's when I swung and hit him dead in his face! He dropped the gun and balled up as my homie grabbed it. I kept punching him till we ran out the laundrymat.
I was scared as fuck, but I did what I had to do.

Things like this don't hit you at 3am when everyone's drunk.

Does this mean the police are evil coz they do nothing except give them a fine?
You kept your wits about you and warned your friends. That's the extent of your obligations. It it's up to society to hold the thugs accountable. If you want to do something that might get results, show up at the next city council meeting and tell THEM about how cops do nothing about such miscreants- and you're tired of it!

I got mugged by 5 Persian guys by myself when I was 15. They were all 21-25 at the time. Tried rifling through y pockets, and I pushed the biggest dude as hard as I could and ran. They all followed me, and while I was running I tripped. Grabbed the closest thing I could find for protection, which happened to be a bigass rock.

First dude gets to me, I'm still on the ground...he bends over me, and I swung with the rock and broke his skull open in front of all his buddies...I was on me feet in one second, took a swing at another dude and caught him on the jaw...then I noticed the rest of them are crouched down around their buddy, whose skull was exposed.

I just kept running and they're screaming "you killed him!" at me.

I didn't kill him, and saw them all in court. 2 dudes I hit with the rock ended up doing time. Turns out a guy walking his dogs saw the whole thing, called the cops, and was my star witness that kept me outta jail.

Dude with cracked skull has perms any brAin damage. His family said they were taking me to civil court, but I guess they had no case since that never happend.

They were ALL bigger than me by a long shot. I was scared shitless and just wanted to get away, and I still feel a small amount of guilt for making the one dude a retard. I never wanted to hurt anyone, I just didn't wanna get hurt.

I have always lived my life by these sayings and many more should also:
"Evil is powerless if the good are unafraid."
"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good to do nothing"

When you ask me how far I would go just to help a complete a stranger I say that stranger is someones son/daughter, mom/father, brother/sister and maybe even grandfather/grandmother. By just sitting back and watching another person cause harm to another either physically or mentally I think that is just as bad as the person causeing the harm in the first place but Im in no way saying that you were wrong in what you did because like you said it was just you woman and a few coward men there so the outcome might have been ugly for you girls against grown ass men but by people just watching it gives them theifs no fear of what might happen if they try to pull that crap again.

BTW I think you as a woman did the right thing by not putting yourself in danger against grown men.

Fuck ! That's pretty heavy, court case etc at 15. You needn't carry guilt for it, and as for the family, it's theor payback for dragging up and not bringing up.

It's hard not to feel guilty when the dude is drooling on himself in court. Someone has to take care of that dude for life now. I affected way more than just 2 lives with my actions that day. I keep going back and telling myself "you shoulda just given em your wallet and pager" Yeah, pager...haha...this was that long ago.

My parents had just gotten me that pager a few days earlier, and my thought process at the time was "my parents are gonna be pissed if I get my brand new pager stolen"

And that wasnt my first court case. I first when to court when I was 12 for beating the life out of a piece of shit rapist. Ended up going to juvenile detention for that one...apparently rape isn't as big of a deal as a broken nose and 6 broken ribs.
You must've been a big twelve year old! My German Shep was bigger than me at that age!

I was never a small kid, always stocky, and one of the taller in all my classes in school. But no, he was a skinny piece of shit the same age as me, maybe a year older. Dude raped a drunk girl at a party we were at, and apparently that wasn't his first time or first victim.

By the way.....

Not particularly proud of any of this, and deleted that last post because it was unnecessary info...haha

I would have applied 26 pounds of pressure and ripped off one of their ears. Then I would have came after another one dropping him to the floor with a scissor kick.while he was down I would have put my foot on his neck to close his throat. I would have ended the situation by ripping out the last guys throat using the 28 pound pressure death grip while my foot was still applying 22 pounds of pressure to his buddy's neck.. ...
a tough guy carrying a scale around...is that how its done on game boy?

Think if it went the other way around if all you chicks beat the shit out of the dudes.. think about it 12 chicks and two tiny dudes "so basically 14 girls" versus 3 big Russians, y'all probably still would have won...
