I'm rockin mostly DE's lately mongo. Instead of a 1000w per 4x4, it's 2- DE's over 3-4x4's.
It's at least the same yield per tray. But 1/3 less light
@pk_boosted2, our power costs 33.5 cents a kwh.

I'm also rocking their hoods that are just like Gavitas, and with ushio bulbs.
The one I showed you above, has the perfect footprint to cover a 4'x6' area
@707humboldt (if i remember corectly) is rocking the DE's, but with the ac/de hoods. I'm pretty sure i'm gonna finally try those out soon

You can also put these ballasts remotely also
