oh my mate caught a salmon off the beach here a while ago(not sure if u saw the pic), but I haven't been lately. Me and a couple of boys here are going to hit Murray River Dwellingup after the marron season starts Jan 8 or so for the weekend I think there are cobbler and redfin there too

I'm hanging to get up the coast but the wind has just been off the hook the last couple of months..I mean extreme and constant..swapped a young fella the other week for a real nice demon blood jig rod with a shimano egg beater to suit...hanging to use it...bought one of those baitcaster type reels 4 months back or so..used it once and hate it! Stupid thing kept bird nesting every cast ..lost about 40 dollars worth of plastics lol... Yeah so back to eggbeater I go... I heard a couple of mates had been cleaning up on squid so am pretty itchy to go for a hunt lol

well, you live in a bit of a paradise marine wise. its getting harder to catch stuff here. When I had the boat though we could usually get a few king George and skippy just off the point.

would you buy a vt-vx commy wagon if it had 450,000kms lol. there are heaps but dearer with 220-270k's but don't they do like 800,000-900,000kms in taxis?

Taxis have to have regular logged services due to their rego requirements...if the motor hasn't been rebuilt I'd probably pass...all the gaskets rings seals ect will go at some stage...if it blows any smoke leave it..if I was you.. Go on gumtree ...automotive..go to the filter..select western Australia...go down to fuel type select dual fuel..go to price select limit around 2 and a half.. ( you can barter the Ono ones down lower...) check em out...there's some real deals! If your mechanical savy you can pick up a slightly damaged one even cheaper..do the repairs cheap through gumtree and presto..nice car...
