On March 4 both the house and Senate introduced identical comprehensive medical marijuana bills. Each would allow home cultivation. I will post links when I get a chance later. If passed they become law Oct. 1, prior to the Amendment vote. The legislative branch sees the inevitable.

Here is a link to the Senate version of the Bill: http://www.flhouse.gov/Sections/Documents/loaddoc.aspx?FileName=_s0962__.DOCX&DocumentType=Bill&BillNumber=0962&Session=2014

The House Version of the Bill is identical and is HB 859. You can track the progress of both bills here: http://www.flhouse.gov/Sections/Bills/billsdetail.aspx?BillId=52022

I don't think either of these will pass the Legislature, but what this does, hopefully, is provide the framework of the rules that the FL Dept of Health will craft once the citizens of Florida make medical cannabis a matter of the Florida Constitution in November.

Of course, they could pass and if they do, they become effective October 1, 2014. No matter what happens with this legislation, it is critical that people vote in November.

Eventually, Florida Department of Health - but the details are unknown to everyone at this point, including FDH.

Get everyone you know, who's eligible to vote, to register to vote absentee.
Add #yeson2 to your signature
donate money to people who you trust who are doing the campaigning.
Wear legalize t-shirts
tell everyone you know that you use and or you want to work and make money

Sorry jojodancer10, thought you were asking what entity you would have to go through once the state constitution is amended.

Well, when does the light change to 12/12? Uh...that would be the summer solstice, right? June 21? ....at the equator, btw.

So, after June 22, all things equal, more or less, you will begin your bloom period. And that is for 2 months or so, right?

And just now, you have 4 month of Veg left for you to tend them toward greatness

I would say, you are right in the chute, my friend.

If you put a plant outside now it will probably begin to flower, it will then revert to veg.
It will go back to flowering as Sept approaches.
Some strains are more sensitive than others.
I like to put mine out (if I am not going to move them into supplemental lighting to prevent flowering)
Around late April or early May.
I am in South Fl.

The solstice is when the length of day is at the longest and the nights the shortest. Flowering won't actually begin until around an equinox (when day and night are equal length).

I always get that mixed up...when very stoned...

You are right of course. Equinox is when we begin photo-period flowering, yep.
