Was Einstein a Cannabis or Hash user?

Did you guys know they kept Einstein's brain in a jar of formaldehyde for a while showing it to people, and now there are little slices of Einstein's brain that they keep in like wax or something, and they are being studied by various people.

I personally think that Terrence Mckenna was an FBI agent that was planted so that the government could have access to Shulgin and others. Because they thought they were going to have a handle on all this stuff by now. Basically, Terrence Mckenna is the REAL LIFE Skully and Moulder.

And now that Terrence's work is done, the FBI has no leads left in the entire world. Shulgin is alive, but when people question him he just says he is a modest chemist at his workbench.

exactly, and einstein had a way of looking at things very similar to him. heavily compartmentalized, but completely out there all at the same time. it's not that they were so out of touch with the real world that made them fascinating, but that they could go deeper into their thoughts/consciousness than others could to extract information and come back with it in a tangible form was something that others around them had a difficult time doing.
like my deadhead math teacher said to me in high school, "there are things still to this day we cannot unravel about his thought process or how he came up with things that he knew, but he definitely knew how to get to it and not a room full of high IQs can do a thing about it! that is why he's the greatest mind to ever walk this earth"

I would much rather have Einstein compared to Shulgin or Imhotep. Saying Einstein is like Mckenna is like saying Jay-Z is like Kanye. Jay Z is fuckin Motzart.

i think timothy leary is more along the lines of kayne west than mckenna. he was very much about getting recognized/soaked up the attention/completely brainwashed kids into taking LSD (ruining their lives and minds) for his delusional egomanical urge to fuck with other peoples lives because his was ruined as well (he got shit canned from universities for flying off the deep end about LSD and mind expansion). have you seen the short documentary "Stuff" showing john frusicantes house when he was neck deep in drug addiction back in the early 90s? timothy leary came to his house and told him, "what you're doing is great here! keep it up!". he's absolutely pathetic.

i realize that charles manson is considered the poster child for destroying the 60s scene (and rightfully so), but the true bad guy was timothy leary, imho. he just kept his schtick hidden under taking lsd/cia mind control conspiracies/bogus mind expansion techniques. why he escaped unscathed i'll never know? for someone to be put up on a pedestal simply for throwing bullshit up against the wall in the hope that is sticks is beyond me (and kayne west does this day in and day out as well, he thrives on it)

just ran a quick google search about alexander shulgin and i've seen his books "pihikal" and "tihkal", but haven't read them yet, will try to someday.

I have not read much about/from Timothy Leary outside of the Chicago 7 case, and his correlation and opposition to Ken Kesey. I will read more, but from what I can tell Ken Kesey was more about getting everyone on acid like you said Leary was. And Leary was more about having a structured plan for each trip, and a clinical setting.
