Very impressive grow! While the at600 did it's job, I would also like to point out that your ability to produce multiple even sized colas is just as impressive and just as important as picking the right LED to use.

You harvest in phases or all at once? Really depends on the growth pattern for me.. big ol' tall kids mature uneven (personally), but when they are nice and even like that... usually all ready when the timer "dings!" Just makes for a long night's trimming...

I have been looking for the real for over a month. Finally got it, but not as may as I wanted. But they will just have to be big plants. I'm thinking about going big ass pots too since I will have the room.

I harvested these all at once. 12 inch canopy was nothing for this light. Next run will be more of a penetration test.

Hey, Was curious on the final yield results. Was planning on running an UDWC on those lights with less plants maybe only 1-2 and veg them long and scrog. But really curious to see your yield results I just came across 2 of these lights myself.
Judging from those cola pics I'm going to guess a lb maybe even 1.5. Excited to see!
The guy I got the cuts off gets 1.25 sometimes more he said. So 1-1.25 would be just dandy. No co2 this round. but next round will have it.

AT should be very pleased. Alas, most growers cannot afford a Bentley
You would be surprised at how many they have sold. And considering you get 4 at200 in one unit for 2000...that is about the same as 4 a51's which everyone is buying up as well.
When bigger ops switch they save way more than they spent to do it. The goal they want is equal production but higher quality. Plus the actual cost savings of running AT's and the end result is a lower cost to produce a higher more valuable product.

Here a test going and it's looking pretty good. I don't really know anything about this grow just that they bought one to try out first.

Thanks. It was definatley a success for the even canopy I wanted.

Even with hps even canopy with maximum exposed tops is the goal like in the pic. That's how they were growing and they just through the at right in the mix and it look great.

Also curious if you heard how AT is getting fan cooled panels in greenhouses since the NEC classifies this as a damp location. I recently had an inspector make all the electrical branch circuit wiring, including the enclosures, have to meet IP65 which meant the 420-DH's had to have the outdoor rating on Canadian UL or they were not going to pass it. Fortunately they are listed for outdoor damp locations so it was not an issue. Seeing that AT has these installed in greenhouses all over, including Stanford, I wonder if they have found a way to meet IP65 with fan cooled or could it be the inspectors are just not enforcing it?

Dream is champ of yields and has the best quality of all the big yielders imo. Plus 8 weeks for what it produces is hard to beat.
I don't think a passive system is even on the radar to be a production thing. Just that proto in the shop and a few at Stanford.

As for AT, I have no idea. I have given up any interest in the business side of things for the most part. They are UL and CUL, I haven't dug into it too much.
EDIT:
I remember that the fans being on the side not on top. That was a big deal.
Geesus, nice work. CO2 will be worth the investment, the way you have it dialed in.
I think so too. Like you say it's another step in dialing the room in. Plus I will be using basically the whole room next run so it will be worth injecting the room.

For all the Inda-gro guys out there, I did a par reading @18" with the pontoon since about 16"-18" seems to be the recommended to get coverage and growth. I let it warm up and this is what I got...

Center:451µmols

N1x1
:420µmols
N2x2:367µmols
N3x3:294µmols
N4x4:193µmols

W1x1
:343µmols
W2x2:260µmol
W3x3:198µmol
W4x4:94µmol

Since it's a rectangular unit...
"W" is for the wide coverage way(has to cover more outside the unit_
"N" is for the narrow coverage way(unit takes up 41" of the 48" tray)

When in actual grow situation readings are always better(with any light). I was getting over 500µmols when vegging that last run with the IG and 250µmols on the outer edges. I say 2 IG's over a 4x4 will do some 1000w like damage for sure. And have way less heat. Or a mover and drop it down...which I happen to have.

I imagine that captain was getting a pretty good readings and probably pretty even.

Seriously, it's raining and I'm bored and of course RIU went down.

I planted up the dream up into 1gals today. And rinsed the coco in the rain(brilliant). I'm doing 50/50 mix of coco and soil this time. And I looked at my 5gal....I'm definitely going bigger.

When everything is clicking CO2 can improve yields by 30%. And when shit is going down hill CO2 will turn a slim yield into a decent one. So is the dream clone only? And is it creeperish? Just curious not much of a market for sativas in my neck of the woods.

Yep 30% with co2 is what I'm going for.

Ya, the clone only from santa cruz. It's one of my all time favorites. It is as dank and potent as anything, plus yields bricks, hard not to like.
It used to be everywhere and everyone grew it. Now cookies has taken the thrown as the everywhere strain.
I have a good reputation up here in a few places and with the quality increase led's give me, I think dream will be fine if I have some extra;-). And if not whatever, I still love that shit. I got a promotion in the boring version of life so I'm not really in grinding on things these days. More for therapy/entertainment than anything. But I go 420% in what ever I do in life, so I try to make it the best it can be.

CAP went bankrupt about 5months ago and went out of business. Now autopilot is the new CAP . I had to get a new light controller and found that out. It's identical but better looking than the cap. I have a hook on hydrofarms stuff so I was going to go with autopilot.

haha. I just came from that thread. It started off ok, but wow that was tough reading through that jack ass.

The IG is a killer veg light for sure. Spread, spectrum and right intensity. And it last forever basically.

Hiya GG! Another week of this and I'm heading for home! I can not wait to get back to some SoCal weather!

I don't want to jack the thread but you are the only one I know that I can bounce this off. The reason this IP rating on LED panels came up is because the crew I'm working with up here REALLY wanted to run some LED in an area of the greenhouse they were going to start growing microgreens in. They are convinced the 420's have too much red (go figure) in them for microgreens. So I suggested they try the AT120's mostly because of the successes I've seen from your gardens and what AT did at Stanford. Previously this inspector had insisted on an IP65 fixture rating on the IG's we installed so I told them I could not be sure if the AT120 would meet code for damp locations. After checking with the inspector he told told them the panels had to be listed for damp location or he would not sign off which got them going over to Illumitex which has made their LED lights passively cooled IP66 for that reason. So they are probably going to buy 4 of the Illumitex lights this week to trial them unless AT has a spec sheet that lists them as IP65 or better. Here's the Illumitex spec's with spectral distribution using what appears to be their own brand of diodes (Surexi) and PPF values.

They have Paul Gray listed as their Senior Plant Scientist and they created a great looking brochure but I don't see any recorded journals with plants being grown with any of these lights. Have you seen these used anywhere?

I'd really like to see them get panels that have shown proven results. IMO AT is that company. If for some reason the AT's are not rated for damp locations do you think they might consider manufacturing a version which does not require fans so they would have this rating?

Honestly chaz no idea. Hit up AT would be the best thing.

As for illumitex and BML I went into it pretty heavy in the "new to led" thread last week with a guy. The cofounder of BLM used to work for illumitex...that is why they are so similar. Neither have very good output but for a veggie thing like you are talking about they could work and would be compliant...but neither are UL/CUL.
