Is this an Auto Flowering plant? Lots of pics. +REP for advice

Hey people of RIU,
I planted this strain from seed 1 month 2 1/2 weeks ago, it has always been in veg though just started alot of pistins, this IMO would be to long for this to be an auto. but could be alot of pre flowers though its alot.
Could this be an auto, though long taking strain?
The reason i dont know the exact strain is bcuz i had no cash for seeds and germinated some good bagseed and they have grown nicely, some problems but oh well.
Also i have takin off 4 sets of fan leaves because they had nute burn and i wanted the leaves under to get more light instead of leaving a dying leaf just sitting there.

MAIN QUESTION, is this plant an auto flowering plant?
Also, all pictures of pistins are at differernt points of the plant, except 3 are the same, at the main point of stem where i topped.

if it was outside not nessasarily where i live outside crops would be finished about right now so your plant could be flowering because its just that time of year! if its indoors and you never changed your light schedule then it might have autoflowering properties
 
I should have added that in a i guess, i am doing this inside, under a sunblaze 44(20,000 lumens -25,000) and 2 42 watt 6500k CFL's (about 5,000 lumens), good air circulation, right temps, right humidity, enough water/nutes. idk lol:) i should be happy but i would like to know if im dealing with an auto or not lol

if its been in veg for 4+ weeks its more than likely what you are seeing are just female preflowers telling you that it is ready to flower whenever you want her too... i dont think she is auto
 
that was what i was hoping but all she does is sprout more and more preflowers, i need to get my hps system. i was buying a new one and didnt think i needed it this soon gave my old one to a friend moving to cali( hence he wasnt going to know where to get shit from for a lil while i decided i didnt care i was getting a new one anyways, wow do i regret that now lol) ughhh lol alright well that just mean i gots to make me some money fast. lol
 
its been in veg for over a month, your looking at a female plant there not an auto IMO:p
