Weird... I'd say it's some sort of mold or if you spray the leaves at all maybe salt build-up?
Well I dont spray the leaves all the time intentionally but when I water I use a gardners watering can(like you can get at any nursery or even Wal-Mart) and some leaves end up getting wet. Salt deposits dont bother me too much because some distilled water can easily remove them but mold ruins my whole night. What do you think?:leaf:

that is 100% powder mildew. Or otherwise known as pm mold. it requires weekly treatments to keep it gone. the shits a real headace. you can buy a product called serenade at the local garden supply store to combat the problem.

Depending on the severity, spraying it with a baking soda formula is effective as a preventative when applied regularly. For active infections spray daily for a week.

1. Mix 1 Tbsp each of baking soda and horticultural oil (dormant oil/vegetable oil) or a few drops of liquid soap to 1 gallon of water. Spray weekly making a new mix each time. It will not eliminate the disease but help control it.

2. Mix 1 tsp baking soda with a few drops of vegetable oil in 1 quart of water. Spray or paint on the leaves. Works on houseplants, cucurbits & roses (balck spot).
Another suggestion is a solution of 1/3 milk and 2/3 water and spray on plants. Use every other day.

I also heard of mixing 1 tbsp of pine sol to 1 gal of water as a mildew spray. Neem Oil is also affective in controlling infections. Use 1 oz.(2 Tbsp) of Neem oil and 1/ 1/2 tsp of dish washing detergent to one gallon of water. Spray once a week for two weeks.

Use chemical sprays such as Benomyl (systemic fungicide), sulfur/fungicidal soap early in the growing season as a preventative or as soon as symptoms appear. A synthetic fungicide Baylaton sold as Strike also works well on mildew. Always follow label directions, to make sure the product is approved for specific plants. The combination of Neem and baking soda is the safest control method. Once the disease takes hold, it is difficult to control.

This is indoor Sour Bubble that has just finished a 40 day veg under a 1000 watt hps and is now 2 days into flowering. The temperature has maintained a consistent 75-83 degrees when the light is on with an over night cool down to about 60 degrees. The humidity has ranged some depending on proximity to watering times but is always between 15-40%. Guess that means this isnt normal for this strain in these conditions?

Hmm. Everything sounds good but that has to be mold. Try one of those DIY Recipes and see if it helps at all in the next few days.

Thank you Break Neck(+rep). Shall I use as directed? Can you tell me what causes this so it doesnt come up again in future grows? :leaf:
It could be mold spores just from the air in your house... other times it's excessive moisture. Yeah use it as the directions tell you.

Another tip, try to water only the soil, don't pour water onto the plant itself. If you do, grab the stem and give it a shake to get rid of excess water on your plants.

Sorry, meant to ask you if you think water on the leaves is what caused this problem.:leaf:
