So there is a brown powdery type of fungus or mold on some of the branches. It is killing all of the leaves and buds that share the same branch. Anybody have any idea what it is? It is like a brown powder.....And how do I get rid of it?

To let you know these plant have been growing for about a month. Originally I had them in a mix of peat moss and perlite both with no nutrients added. I reaized to slow growth may have been because of the lack of nutrients, i transfered them to new soil a few days ago and I was wondering if...
