How long has it been flowering? If the weather is good for growing outdoors why are you bringing it inside?

I don't think it is flowering and because I live in Australia and read it needs 12/12 so thought indoor over night would let it not get sunlight as long as it would outside as at the moment in Australia where I am the nights aren't 12 hours

Build a simple frame of wire or wood and tarp it. Cover it to get the 12 hours. It's cooler in the mornings so leave the tarp on to get the 12 hours.

The plant looks like an Sativa/Indica mix, and because of it's height, I would say Sativa dominant. Yes , it is beginning to flower, and definitely leave the plant outdoor in a nice big pot (with drain holes). Don't worry about the 12/12 with an outdoor plant, they will take longer to finish, but that's the name of the game, as the saying goes. Your moving it back and forth, unless you are doing it at the exact same time every day, will definitely freak your plant out, leading to more problems. Also, a big plant is not that easy a thing to move around, so find a nice sunny spot, roll one up, and watch it grow. Good luck
