You can't trust anybody

What
The
Fuck?

The plane crash the other day in Europe seems to have been caused by a suicidal co-pilot when the pilot took a pee break. Who can you trust these days to not do something utterly moronic and selfish? What is going on with our society? Why can't people just fucking kill themselves without causing so much sorrow in others?

What
The
Fuck?

it was probably the easiest way for him to do it because not even country is easy as hell to get a gun like the states, to find the courage to actually jumping off a bridge or hang yourself is difficult. I would know, I would of done it long time ago if i didn't remember what it was like when i lost a friend. My friends probably don't care nearly as much about me as we cared about him though.

There's going to be some debate about whether this guy was a terrorist or just a fucking asshole. Personally I wonder if there is much of a difference these days. I get the feeling that the people traveling to go fight with Isis are motivated by many of the same ideas.

In the future, scientists will find that there is a fungus out there that has evolved a way to infect humans and alter their brains so that they kill themselves. Now it has mutated further in order to get us to take as many other humans out as we can. We're just like those poor ants clinging to a blade of grass with a spore shooting out of our necks.

I'm sorry to hear that. But if this guy had that little concern over the lives on board, then it raises the bar on the selfishness and cruelty of suicide. Something to think about tho.

Really sad what happened, condolences to all those families that were affected by this tragedy... They should have made it possible for the pilot to get in somehow, like an override system for the cockpit door.. Guess we will never know what the heck the co-pilot was doing the whole time~

Just a thought......wonder if the dude just died of natural causes behind the wheel
Until they find a note or a reason to believe the suicide theory we'll never know....!
One thing for sure the airline is going to pay out some money regardless of what happened .
Just another reason I don't fly anymore !

Good thought but it didn't go down that way. He had to make course changes manually and they could hear him breathing afterwards. It was pretty clear cut from the press conference.

I suspect the Malaysian flight went the same way.

Sorry if I was harsh. A Loy of us have had our lives touched by it. All of them negatively. Keep it together.
Can't trust humans to fly planes or drive cars, cue technology.
I don't like that much either.

Contrarily, can't trust technology to fly planes or drive cars, cue humans.

I wonder if my computer will ever pull it's own cord?
To late that war is already over, just ask Google. Your computer won't but it will request shut down by the electric company whose computer could.

Neither do I but we will progress won't we? I wonder how much of these trends are managed. The less questioning by the uneducated masses the easier to wrangle the cattle I suppose. I can't see us stopping this trend. We will simply be called Luddites and dismissed.

You know me... I am slow to attribute planned malice in cases that are explained by pure idiocy. Or spores. That would be cool.

I do not think the 'ruling' parties create the trend. I think they try to surf, wrangle and benefit from it, always ready to ride the next wave. I think they are better at seeing the wave in the swell and try to spin it for their own benefit.

Elon Musk just came out and said he's fairly confident Govts are going to start outlawing personal vehicle ownership by 2025. I believe him, he's been working side by side with govt agencies towards elec cars( his company had a large loan from the gov for his start up). Like all technology, i can see the good in it, but know it wont be used that way. It'll be a cold day in hell I give up the freedom of owning and driving my vehicle.
