Yellow leaves and bent over branches

Hello RIU!

I have two main questions.
Is this a nitrogen deficiency? I'm 3 weeks into flower.

I had nitrogen toxicity a few weeks ago and guess I cut back too much. Will the lower leaves turn green when they get enough N or will the stay yellow?

Next:
I mainlined this skunk #11 to 8 mains. Three of the mains were way taller so I bent them (supercropped?) over. But I also tied them down so they couldn't stand back up. They seem to be doing fine 3 days later and it could just be me but their top flowers look a little bigger than the other 5. Would keeping them in this bent over position lower yield if they don't get a chance to straighten up?

Hopefully you can see what I'm talking about. Here is a whole plant shot:

To recap: can someone confirm N def and are branches that are bent going to yield less if they don't get to straighten up?

Thank you!

Thanks cold$moke. I'll go ahead and cut those off. That way I can see if the problem persists.
Also, my ph was low (6.0). Could this have something to do with the yellowing? I'm in FFOF soil and like to keep ph between 6.5-7.0.
