I agree with more than a few of the posts in this thread.. would highly recommend you get a firm grasp of phytology/botany & horticulture, and work from seeds.. plenty of them. You will blow them up, you will have issues, a few may not sprout, a few will die. That's what we call the learning curve. The information you glean hands-on will go much further than you could ever begin to imagine.. and that's assuming you don't have a degree in phytology/botany and/or horticulture to compliment it. If you do, then seeds should be a non-issue, and you shouldn't have much of an issue with cloning yourself based on the phenos you run across that tickle your fancy.
