    WHO's CBD report: http://www.who.int/medicines/access/controlled-substances/5.2_CBD.pdf
    CNN news article: http://edition.cnn.com/2017/12/14/health/cannabidiol-carfentanil-who-bn-intl/index.html

A quick quote from the CNN article...

and this related article explains why the WHO's report clashes with the DEA's insane stance ...

Just a reminder of where cannabis sits, as per [DEA website]
    Schedule 1 - CBD/THC/Cannabis, LSD, Heroin
Schedule 2 - Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Adderall, Ritalin
Schedule 3 - Ketamine (horse tranquiliser/daterape drug), Steroids
Schedule 4 - Xanax, Valium, addictive benzodiazapines
    Schedule 5 - <200mg codeine per 100ml, eg Robitussin

    Another couple reminders...
    • USA is the only country in the world that lets Big Pharma set their own prices.
    • USA has PRIVATE PRISONS, and the "land of the free" has more people per capita in prison than any other country in the world. Geez, wonder why?
    • USA has US patent 6630507 specifically for MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA, despite cannabis being Schedule 1 which is a schedule where "there are no medical uses".
