Won't go amber but she's fading fast...

Just curious on other's thoughts.

This Double Glock is at day 68 in flower. She doesn't want to go amber but she's fading real fast now...

Should I do anything besides regular PH'ed water this late in the game??

I've been saying "any day now" for probably close to a week.

She's at about 25-30% amber with the rest about 50/50 cloudy/clear.

The darker plant is my Special Kush for comparison. She's a little dark but seems to be developing nicely... almost all cloudy now and she's been swelling up the last 5 days or so.

Found today that my humidifier stopped with a small power flicker... nothing else in the house turned off besides that so they were sitting in 35% RH for the past 20 hours or so... You can see a bit of taco on the Special Kush.

Anyway, curious on the thoughts about that Double Glock... not sure if she'll ever amber up and she's clearly starting to eat herself up!

Some strains don't amber at all.
Sativa's have strains that don't and the new(er) strains don't either.
Uber potent new strains don't amber.

Look for swollen calyx's and receded pistils.....

I would look to a week more at least. More like 2. Don't bother with any flushing! Read below.

This is a minutes before harvest Gg#4. Note the swollen calyx's and the pistils receded into them. Gg#4 is another of those non-ambering strains.

If you got 30 % amber, i would say just flush for couple more days, bring the ppm down and you’re all set
Flushing is a myth!

You remove nothing from the plant. The biology of the plant doesn't work that way.

Flushing only removes residual nutrient from soil's or media's. Your starving the plant, right when it's using specific nutrients to bulk and finish.

Your simply starving your plant out and reducing quality and yield....
