All in I grow for less than $1/gram, I know exactly what goes into it (more importantly what doesn't go into it), and the "scrap" (popcorn/trim) is how I produce most of my medibles/caps etc. The tax will be more for legal weed so I don't ever see myself buying LP or whatever form of government weed they implement.

For the most part no matter how low price gets will always want a small personal crop. I would be more intrigued by new strains then price. I personally will do both, I will buy from time to time to look for new strains to grow and to have new flavors, but I will mostly grow my own even if it cost me more, the main reason is because it is medicinal just the act of growing it and also I can control 100% what goes on or in it, If I get mites I can decided to not spray and start over, I feel like with guys who will be selling for $ will not have that option to start over.
