normally i don't need to hear anything more from most of the POS scum that posts on this forum, but our latest sock puppet friend is new. so i wanted to give him a chance to explain himself.
So, I'm curious, the kid down the road just scored a job at Wendys and is in charge of the bathrooms. He was asking me how to remove piece of shit scum residue. Any tips?

is that you, murdoch?

good job on declaring victory, but you still haven't established how marihuana magically turns black people into crazed supernegroes.

If supposed grand jury leaks are to be believed, it seems that the grand jury will not indict the Ferguson cop (Darren Wilson).

And if not, do you think the Feds will prosecute him for civil rights violation? Al Sharpton is already calling for it.

Personally, I think the Feds would be crazy to prosecute. The same witnesses who testified before the state grand jury would surely re-testify should there be a federal grand jury. And if some of the afore-mentioned leaks are to be believed, there were some black witnesses that testified before the grand jury that pretty much corroborated the cop's story; in large part if not in whole. Not to mention that the forensics seem to do the same.

Anyway, if Wilson escapes state charges, do you think will the feds will charge him?
No, because there is no way they can prove that Darren Wilson was not in fear of his life and they know it.

Think George Zimmerman. Same Story

Well, if they had previously assaulted you, tried to grab your gun and shoot you with it, run away and come charging back, oh, and if you happened to be a cop....

MAYBE THERE IS SOME CORROBORATING EVIDENCE EH?? Not that you would see it...

I dont need to continue the butthurt run around with you. Darren Wilson shot Michael Brown because he was charging at him after he assaulted him. It is known as death by cop. The grand jury heard the testimony and decided to to pursue any of the 5 items they could have charged him with. It is over.

The justice department will not bring a case because Michael Brown's civil rights were not violated. You do not have the right to assault a police officer and attempt to take his weapon.

This will end just like the Zimmerman trial and you are probably going to blow one of these threads into 1000 pages denying it....

Reality doesnt care what you think.

Zimmerman wasnt a cop.
Cops don't have special rights to self defense.

Anyone can use tools to keep from getting killed.

Cop gets offensive power, not defensive.

MB is double wrong here because you're not allowed to defend yourself from a cop. Or the just actions of a cop.

They couldnt prove Zimmerman was not in fear of his life and had no evidence that conflicted significantly with his testimony.

They cant prove that Wilson was not in fear of his life and have no physical evidence that conflicts significantly with his testimony.

In both cases the federal government has absolutely 0 chance of making a civil rights violation stick.

Warren is not a white hispanic or a million other things which have nothing to do with the comparison I was making.

YOu cannot provoke a fight and then claim self defense.

Absolutely not. There was a (racist, biased and inappropriate) Grand Jury investigation and so the (white) People have Spoken (been railroaded into their decision by a biased prosecutor).

This is Justice in America in 2015. Don't like it? Stop whining and DO SOMETHING, like get involved in politics.

Or, protest in the streets and get shot by police.

The defense proved to the jury that Zimmerman acted in self defense. A self defense plea is an "affirmative defense".

Zimmerman did not provoke that fight. Zim was the only one with any fist fight injuries. Get over it.
