Wife banned from U.S.

My wife was detained at the border. She is a canadian citizen. They found wraps in the car, but she wasn't carrying any marijuana. They merely asked her if she smoked and she said "occasionally to relieve stress." That was the red flag. The banned her on the spot. She wasn't convicted of a crime, and to my knowledge a misdemeanor isn't enough to deny entry. Im going to consult an attorney. Besides that do you have any advice for us?

Im banned from Canada for equally stupid reasons,i was told if i try to cross the border again without a queen's pardon that i'd be arrested on the spot,then transported to the nerarest detention center,since we built the casino's in Detroit there's no reason for me to enter Canada.

I suggest you take the same approach,let your dollars do the talking for you,dont spend shit in the US,i know i avoid doing any business with Canada over the issue.

Canada is equally stupid as the US at the border,fuk,i didnt even know Canada had a queen.

It happened at the windsor/detroit tunnel. I've been living in canada on a work visa, but I'd like to return to michigan. I have property that i'd like for us to be able to enjoy, and we simply can't based on some bullshit.

i think its cus of 911 were only doin our job to not let any terrorist into the powerhouse of the world.were at an orange again.the popo will let her go,u dont need an atourney,its just to make sure that nothing will go wrong,and plus were cracking down on drugs hoppin the border,a wrap will cause suspition but she will let go.We are just simply doin our jobs.every one gives the us a hard time bc were just doin our job and nothing more witch allows us to have our pollitical freedom and rights.rights like saying what u want and wearing as u pleased with out bein beaten and prosicuted for exspressing who u are

You've got to be shitting me,i got hammered at the tunnel also,i wonder if the whole tunnel customs authority is just fucked in the head cause what happened to her sounds a hell of alot like the same bullshit that happened to me,same tunnel even.

Did they threaten to arrest her & detain her at "Miland" if she tries to cross again ?,did they also make her sign paperwork stating that she has had a warning & understands the penalties if she tries to cross again ?
