Wierd yellowing

1 Yellowing. No not to worry unless the leaves start to "curl" sideways. Then I would say broad mites with that and the slight discoloring on a leaf in the background. Treat like regular mites with a QUALITY miticide if need be. Keep in mind that broad mites are WAY smaller then regular mites (like about the diameter of a whitefly leg!).
2 Your over watering a bit if that is in soil. I can see that the nutrient levels are right about at the edge. Don't add more.
