trust me click on this link and there is a map of the united states then when you click on any state it tell you the fines,years in jail, if it a misdameanor etc. oh yeah i forgot to say its not up to date since today medical marijuana was passed in michigan and other states

Ok, I am fucking moving to CO. I live in Utah, so it is like maybe an 8 hour drive. Thank you so much for showing me this. I am going to hit up my family lawyer about this just to confirm, but hellz yeah this just made me a happy stoner.:bigjoint:

Not only for pot smoking reasons, but the job market over there is perfect for me, because the industry I work in is very big in CO, and still growing fast. So there is a lot of very well paying job opportunities.

In Alaska, you are allowed one oz or less in your home with no legal drawbacks. Growing, though, is highly frowned upon and according to NORML "Maintaining any structure or dwelling, including vehicles, to use for keeping and distributing marijuana, is a felony offense and punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000." I think this includes growing...

Possession of less than 25 plants is protected under the Alaska Constitution’s right to privacy (See Ravin v. Alaska).
