Also,I was on a business trip and was sent up to Susanville, Ca. My boss failed to tell me that we were putting together a presentation at the High Dessert State Prison. I ended up taking a few bong loads in my car during the lunch break before going back to the meeting room to teach a class for prison guards.

WhiteHouse lawn on 4/20 many years ago 93 I think at a rally.
Everywhere in the Army but worst was flying in a chinook over Iraq.
State trooper parking lot (dumb kid)
High school, pretty much everywhere (gym, elevator, hall, stairs, class smokless pipes where big :) )
Pretty much everywhere I have ever been! ;)

Does the other side of my couch count?

The question might have well been "what's the craziest place you've ever been?" but I guess the entrance of the airport in Barcelona was pretty crazy in hindsight (though, with 3-hour 'non-smoking' flight ahead...).

I wasn't scared or anything until the end of the class. I was passing out paper work and left my briefcase open wide enough for one of the prison guards to see me lighter. She looked at me and said that an inmate could sell it for $40 bucks. I do a lot of dumb shit and have never been arrested or in any trouble that I couldn't talk my way out of. Luckily I was smart enough to leave the weed in the car, barely smart enough.

 Damn, $40 for a lighter. I heard they put paper clips into electric sockets and rub the joint/cig on the hot metal till it lights.
