Of course its possible, I can reach into the open window of my Land Cruiser and get something out of the center console if I lean into the door. My land cruiser has a 13.5" ground clearance, which is about 4" higher than a tahoe, and I am 6'1" tall. The window of a Land Cruiser of that year is also a bit higher than the tahoe.

Michael Brown is completely without fault and was a good person and law abiding citizen. Darren Wilson murdered him in cold blood and the entire system is in place to keep black people dead and down. Since we know this and the jury was rigged then we need to kill Wilson ourselves because I know he is a killer and murdered Michael.

I think mine is pretty clear. It would have said... He turned around and froze... THEN he was shot if he was shot after he turned around and froze.

When you say he turned around WHEN HE WAS SHOT, it indicates the shot happened after or simultaneously...

I mean, you can totally mis-read it and come up with a completely different argument like you are doing but that is just silly eh?

It's possible both the killer and the killed were / are assholes.

The person killed seemed like a thug, based on his convenience store manners.

The killer is a cop, so he's already a thug suspect in my book. Yes, I have an admitted bias against people that think a badge and a cop costume give them special rights.

One thing that the cop might have done was taze the shit out of the thug and then this might not have happened.

In fairness Chesus, there are a lot of less-than-lethal weapons that could subdue someone like Brown with the effectiveness of a firearm...but no death involved (well, very rarely).

Armed cops arnt exactly what we should be applauding, however given the "shoot first, ask questions (if they survive) later" system in the US, Wilson is innocent in this case.
