Where is Darren Wilson's Justice?

I am 6'0 220 lbs. I grapple with people at my gym. Let's say the average weight of my training partners is 180 lbs. I can toss them around like a rag doll if I want and that's with only a 40lb advantage. With an 80 lb advantage there is no hope of coming out of that one on top. This was a very large and intimidating person who used his size to threaten people as evidenced by the video where he assaults the store clerk.

I doubt that any one of us could have survived a fight with Brown. He was massive.

The main problem was that Wilson's Sig Sauer p229 in .40 S&W failed 3 times while in the vehicle. If it had gone bang the first time Brown might have been only incapacitated and this all could have been avoided.

Everyone knows that you only depend on the P226.:)

I don't know guns all that well, but I believe that if a person's hand covers the slide (I think that's the term) then the gun will not fire or jam. Is that correct?

Lets talk about your lie, is that Tahoe lifted or not, no it isn't.
Now you want to go by how high the top of each vehicle is, what's next, the hp and color?
You got caught trying to deceive people by claiming the officers Tahoe was lifted, the photo of his vehicle called you a liar.
Sounds like you have never been around or in a Tahoe

Nope, if your hand covers the slide, your hand is gonna get a nasty slide bite when it goes off. Now, if you have your hand over the slide and have pushed it back enough to get the round out of battery, then yes the gun will not go off, but Wilson testified that his gone went off 3 times, but did not fire. If its out of battery it won't even go click, just nothing happens.

Some single action pistols won't fire if the slide is pushed back even a little bit, but the P229 is a double action pistol so the trigger can cock the hammer just by pulling on it.

Some pistols won't fire if the magazine is removed ( browning hi-power, a few S&W autos) but the Sig isn't one of them.
I'm thinking he had a light primer strike or his pistol was dirty from neglect. Police are notorious for carrying a gun for years, loaded and never cleaning or using them. Most cops don't really get a whole lot of pistol practice, just enough to qualify, which means you can hit a target that is man sized from 25 feet away. I like to buy former police guns because they usually only have some bluing wear near the muzzle from being holstered, otherwise the guns operate like new because they don't get used much if at all. The majority of police enforcement officers never fire their gun in the line of duty.

Why do you say that? All Tahoes come with running boards, so that isn't an indication of being lifted. Another thing is why would police lift a vehicle in the first place? City cops don't go off roading, rarely ever need 4wd. Why compromise the handling of a vehicle by raising the CG?

Your post seems to be nothing more than you lashing out at jahbrudda because of some butthurt.

A Tahoe is not low to the ground..anyone that has been around one knows this. You seem to love defending Jahbrudda. Careful of the company you keep

Tell me London, has anyone in the thread said the tahoe was low to the ground? Anyone? Nope. So now that you have built your post on pure fail, where to next?

See if you can try and reach a gun on the opposite side you are on in a raised tahoe?
Its fair to use common sence with these things... he punced cop through window, cop pulled out gun and kid grabs hand/Arm/gun whatever to not get shot, cop pulls trigger however many times DURING a hand to hand struggle with someone way stronger and luckily hit him in thumb which detered him. Doubtful that brown was trying to get gun from the get go but rather stun him to get away.

In fact, in this situation brown cod have easily been shot in back just out of quickness and adrenaline.

Brown shot in thumb and turns to run and cop has complete control and follows through to shoot. Whole situation takes split second to happen and adrenaline would have been very high. So infact i would think that he showed restraint at first by allowing him to run. Gun already in his hand having just fired , takes split second to aim inch or 2 into chest or head when literally 1 foot away. Moment brown releases struggle less than second he could have moved gun and fired before brown even turned to run, possibly hitting in back head.

Seems as if cop wanted an arrest when look at it that way, he had his golden shot an didnt take it... fuck it, he firing gun already and graised him , kids inside HIS car. If cop wanted kill from get go then why not take it in the safest legal place. It was more than obvious that none of debate would be here if he shot to chest rather than thumb.

Looks like the bottom of the wondow comes up to the top most individuals shoulders.
Everything that comes out of your mouth is a deception or a brain fart.
Even the two small dudes with the white shirt and blue shirt shoulders are higher than the window.
Now imagine a guy 6'4", and you're claiming he couldn't reach inside and get ahold of the officers gun, what a joke of a theory.

Sure you do ...and thats why you thought it was the same height as an Honda Accord
I think he meant that the window opening was at the same height as a accord. No one who has actually seen the two vehicles would say that they are the same overall height, it's a big difference.
