Where in the US is it legal to grow?

well they never brought federal cultivation charges against anybody with less than 100 plants. So if you follow the local county ceilings in the emerald triangle (mendocino, humboldt, and sonoma counties in california) 100 sq ft/25 plants and up to 3 pounds per card, youre golden. So much so that I am banking on it hard core, like, dropping out of college/taking out maxed loans/telling everyone i know hard core. Wealth to the willing, glory to the gutsy, man up bitches!

Yeah, Cali passed SB420 granting patience like myself the right to grow six mature and 12 immature plants at any given time. I have to properly display my Dr's reccomendation with my garden and I'mm good to go. As londg as I respect the law and don't sell it or use it outside of my home, I'm cool. I can also carry up to 8 ounces on me at once as well.

Actually prop 215 gave general guidelines and SB420 (the compassionate use act) allows counties in california to decide the specifics on their own. For instance- I live in Sonoma County and a "patient" may grow 30 plants, no larger than 100 sq ft of canopy, and posses 3lbs. If a county chooses not to come up with their own guidelines then the rules mentioned in the previous post apply.
Important to remember- Barack Obama has already stated on several occasions and in print that his administration will spend no federal dollars using the DEA to trump state law, like the Bush administration has done to keep people in fear. There will be no budget for it, the only ones that need to worry are the greedy ones that don't follow the rules.

I think we all just start planting our seeds all over the nations forests and eventually there would be so much of it they could never control the cultivation of marijuana.

Recently President Obama passed a policy to not charge patients who comply with state laws. In a recent interview, he stated that health care reform and other issues were of greater priority.

For nausea and pain control, some people have been able to use self-hypnosis successfully to help mitigate symptoms. It is best to study with a trained and certified professional if you decide to go this route.
