What's wrong with these plants?

Hey guys, I'm doing my first grow and of course I've made a couple mistakes along the way and my plants suffered from it. Hopefully you guys can guide me to bringing them back to health.

Here's my 2 older plants. They are planted in Rockwool cubes that were properly pH balanced, and I put them into mini "Hempy Buckets" which I made out of Solo cups about a week ago. These are over 1 month old. They had a huge problem with nute burn and root rot because I was stupid and fed them way too young. They seem to be recovering though. Is there anything I can do to help them?

For comparison, here's what they looked like 8 days ago so I think they're improving, but I'm not sure.

And I can only post 5 pics per post so I'll continue it here.

Here's 2 new seeds that I planted 8 days ago. They look alright to me but what do you guys think?

Weird, it won't let me upload the other picture.... Anyways, both the new seedlings look the same, so they both look like that pic right there.

Anything N heavy. Maybe some Calmag if you have some. If not, use some of the Veg bottle.
All I've got is the 3 part and some Epsom Salt (I was told I'll need it later for Magnesium?)

So you mean use ONLY Flora Gro and water, or what? And how strong per Gallon should I mix it? Sorry for being so specific I just really don't wanna mess my babies up

It's all good, boss. Sometimes we get really worried about our ladies. We always wann do the best we can for them, so no need for apologies! I would hit 'em with the veg bottle @ at least 5ml per gallon. If you wanna hit 'em hard maybe go with 8-10ml for just one feeding. Then back to reg strength :D

Okay, so just Veg only, 5ml/Gallon, and I'll see how they respond to that. Thanks man! Will post updates as changes can be seen.

Oh, one more question. How long do you think until the younger seedlings (in my 2nd post) need some nutes too? I know they're not ready yet, but when will they be?
I usually start feeding 'em when I see the first set of "true leaves". About 2 weeks in, or thereabouts. Sometimes earlier. Ain't gonna hurt nothing buy making sure they have some grub early on.

Well, I fed them all that mix of Flora Gro last night (14 hrs ago), and they seem to like it. The older plants sprouted a whole new set of leaves, and the baby seedlings look like their leaves grew at least 1/2" longer since I fed them.

I've grown with GH 3part. They have a feeding schedule at the GH web site. It goes 3-2-1 (tsp grow, micro and bloom) in veg, 1-2-3 in flower. People usually cut that in half, so it's 7.5ml - 5 ml - 2.5 ml.

But, they have a weaker schedule for seedlings (1-1-1 which is 2.5ml - 2.5ml -2.5ml when cut in half), and a transition proportion (2-2-2).

FWIW, I used the so-called useless schedule. (<<link). It's a little stronger. That guy found what he felt was the max. It worked good for me.

But, your plants look too young to feed. Either that or they aren't growing. What's the ph of your water? Is it tap or bottled/filtered water?

The soil looks a little heavy. Does it drain well? I'd expect to see some perlite in there. I'm thinking they're overwatered, chloritic, and maybe too high ph.

The problem is they aren't growing. The older 2 plants are well over a month old, almost 2 months. And the young seedlings are 2 weeks old already.

They're growing in what's called a Hempy Bucket, so a few things are a little different. I've been feeding PH 6.2 water about every 2 days, and it's RO/Distilled water with 0ppm.

The medium is chunky perlite at the bottom of the cup and 100% coco coir at the top, which is how I read to do it. Is that the problem?

I'm not familiar with hempy. Using RO water is good, but you need to add a small amount of calmag to make up for the minerals lost in filtering. For young seedlings there's enough in the soil for the first week. I don't add it (or nutes) until 7-10 days after sprouting. Then it's just a small amount, like 1ml/gal calmag+ and 1/8 strength nutes (1/8 of what I would use in veg, not 1/8 of what it says on the bottle, which might be twice what I'd use in veg).

I don't want to dis hempy buckets, but as a first-time grow I'd probably do soil just to keep it simple.

But doesn't soil have more problems with bugs?

Maybe. But, at least with bugs you can see them and treat them (even non-toxic). At least there's more cause/remedy feedback. It doesn't seem like you have that right now.
True. I have a bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest but I heard that's too hot for young seedlings like these.

You can mix it with Pro-Mix HP. I do 60% Pro-Mix, 20% Kellogg Patio Plus potting soil, 20% Perlite. 2 Tbsp/gal dolomite lime (fine flour consistency, not pellets.).
