I bought a little block of sharp cheddar last week and made a grilled cheese samich out of a bunch of small slices.
I always made grilled cheese samiches with american cheese b4.
The cheddar is good but not as sharp as it should be.
Gonna try it again tomorrow with more cheddar and a bowl of frozen summer chili from my garden, and watch the Super Bowl.

^^^like lol.
Shrimp tacos. The tacos had thinly sliced cabbage and carrot tossed in rice vinegar and sugar. Then a mixture of shrimp and cooked tomatos with canned chipotle peppers. A lime wedge. Fresh cilantro. And a sauce made from yoghurt and adobo chilies and citrus. All on a baked crisp flour tortilla. The fruity white wine went great with the spice, and the finger hash was a good dessert. Good times. :):):)

Made my grilled cheddar during halftime.
It's just one of those little blocks not big slices.
I doubled up on the cheese this time but still no 'extra sharp' taste.
The summer chili was great and Hot!
2 diced habaneros in the pot.
