Once the flood gates are opened up for legal marijuana the price of weed will drop fast fast fast and the black market will colapse. When they start taxing the bud you will never see any difference in the price of weed now and the price of weed when its legal... dont worry about the tax.. thats just bribing the government to allow us to publically socialize with mary jane

it'll collapse but not until there's major competition. Until the federal law is dropped i doubt that anything bigger than local shops and local growers are going to try selling it legally under cali laws.

complicated answer is something like this:
the gov. will probably tax growers a certain fee to grow it indoors or on their property. and each year its going to get more and more until the fee gets so ridicuous that people will go back to the black market again.
so you see it really doesnt matter if they do or not. As long as we live on their soil, we're the commies according to them
