It's like Justin said- It's when the tresury bods (the value of ther paper) is nor bought by anyone. That's when our currency collapses. It's not like we we as people go bakrupt. They pretty much own our ass financially. If they were to stop buying our treasuries the dollar would pretty much become worthless overnight.

They are threatining to dump 3 trillion dollars worth of T-Bills on the market. Whan they do that- say good bye to the federal reserve note.

I don't think they would do that, it would be detrimental to the entire world economy. Its in their best interest to gradually stop investing in the US.
