Well to each their own but solvents seam to stripaway more their is 50 thc left behind turning it into crude if fractioned off from what i hear 50 is still viable from crude. A propain mix with butain strips more terps and thc that butain alone wont do. Also heard of nitogen dipped live resin frezzes out water im not shure but their is proof of thc being left behind and terp aswell it all depends i guess but ill report as soon as i get to these projects i have going on at this time

Please keep in mind that even if you are cleaning all the solvents and butane and butane aditives out with a lab vac and stiring and over time, there can still be chemicals left and if you are not useing at least those three methods you are being irresponsible. How are you cleaning your product? What butane or propane are you using ? Some are verry contaminated. Now you are talking about further processing. Ok so fine cigar butane or lab propane then purge that and you can wash the rest with hexane. You will not be able to extract any more without coming out with a very dirty product unless you are an experienced chemist with a lab.
Seriously, if you are sharing this stuff or selling it you have a responsibility. Be safe.

Suggestion for Alternative method: make dry ice hash, then with the left over green make rso, filter the iso through a coffe filter when you make it and you can dab it. The dry ice kief hash tastes better and you can even mesh or bag it with a finer screen to get pure trichome product that you can dab.

I compost my remains after extracting the essential oils using butane.

Blast it all out and be done with it! I use a straightened coat hanger to stir up the tube whenever I start
losing color. Once I'm seeing no more color coming out, I'll start all over. I dump it all out and repack the tube and repeat process. If you do your blasting as thorough as that, the material (I believe) to be trash.

But my dude, it makes a wicked campfire! All kinds of different colored flames. Can create some really nice visuals!
