You don't want the cheapest. Cheap shit begets cheap shit. The most expensive portable I've bought has survived twice as long as any other and is still running to this day. 24/7, for over 12 years, no repairs, except that the original GFI plug fell victim to flood, GFI replacement lasted 7 years and was just swapped out again by yours truly. That bitch is a work horse.

#1 - Tripp Lite Portable server room AC - best damn portable I ever used.....bar NONE.....RH is sent out the exhaust - NO tanks or pumping it away..
Amana or maybe LG You can get Amana's on ebay for a fair price.....Tripp lite's - your gunna pay for those!
During winter months. Temp controlled electric switch's (Greenhouse equipment). Turn on filtered intake air - pulled, not pushed into the rooms. Enters rooms from above venting, evenly across the rooms. Cool air settles through the hot and is more effective in cooling that way.

my room is a 10 by 8 and i spent all my money on lights and hydro gear and was going to run a new line from my old a/c but i cant figure out where my attic space is, so i need a cheap a/c until i can sell some of my organic nutrients i started making
