it's a pic of barney's farm's dr. grinspoon, or "quazar" by another breeder... there's some contention to who made/found the strain it seems....

I like the way it took 3 pages for the debate to finally decide what fox tailing is. I'm a new grower just finishing up my first and I knew what fox tailing is. I am on these boards every day and see the term quite often. Today is the first time I hear kings crown and I feel it offers a more accurate visual description than fox tailing.

If you give some sativas a high dose of N later in flower you can get'er to foxtail.

High temps will bring it out of some indicas.

BTW that pic a few pages back that was a full plant, that is too much N and that is often called eagle claws.
