i hope venus project fails..... we need an apocalypse...(it would be cool if it was a zombie apocalypse....(just my imagination))....how are we supposed to learn if something is bad if we just go around the problem without consequences.....how do we learn from our mistakes if nothing really bad ever happened....
i dont we need an apocolypse to learn things....people are either born with common sense or they are not.
i dotn think its somthing you can pick up along the way lol

the only thing is that our "pleasur centers" are never satisfied.... we always need more and more..... and yea whats the point of eating loads of food when you could be eating what you need and the go jogging to waste all that energy.....

when you think about it, the govt, all enforcements,... police,, whatever, they're all just PEOPLE.... they've built such a reputation upon the earth that we are all thinking they are our LEADERS..... IMO we dont need leaders/rulers/people in charge (at least not gov and everything below) there has to be a way to bypass these 'people' you know?

also.... to me, school is just stupid, well not completely, but in certain ways.... ex: why do kids need to complete highschool right away? many kids are forced to finish, choosing classes that they never end up needing anyway, why cant a kid choose not to go to highschool for a few years, then when they know what they want to do, go back and complete their courses? its literally impossible to 'stick it to the man' in this world.... i believe in God, and i love the earth, its truly beautiful... but i must admit, a wonderful life would fall in place without crooks like the government.... i might not be completely correct as for school and such, but this is the way i see it.

i think school is just a way they control us... they say the kids need to learn this stuff but before school was ever invented, we still managed to survive... kids would be taught not complex math equations, they would be taught to survive. eat what you need, hunt, grow fish..... and i havent read anywhere that some archeologists found that kids before complained and bitched about getting his food....today kids dont even want to do simple things like emptying dishwashers.... now what would you choose empty the dish washer or spend 3 hours trying to catch a fish so you can eat diner...

In some countries the Government decides whick school you need and if you come from parents that are laborers then most likely you wouldn't get much more than a 4th. grade education, and they put you to work were they want you to work. Laborers don't need smarts as much as brawn.
So all you repressed folks that think your so bad off  think of the places you could have ended up in besides here in the USA......bongsmiliebongsmilie:lol:

its nice to have super smart kids..but if they have no common sense or soicial skills then they become a liability

Below is the obituary for Common Sense:
‘Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn’t always fair; and maybe it was my fault.
Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don’t spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).
His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended
from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.
Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.
It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an Aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an
abortion.
Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn’t defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.
Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.
Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason. He is survived by his 4 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, I Want It Now, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I’m A Victim.
Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone.
:D :D

Okay what has this world become. Really? Nice message man glad to know others feel and think the same as me lol.
I try my beat to not be materialistic, but getting the balance between caring about your apearance and caring about appearance to much.
The way I like to put it to people is; if you think that being a millionaire with a massive house and expensive car that means you sport a suit everyday, is the best you can amount too. Think again. A humans ability to converse. Make jokes even to show emotions properly is fading with iPods and ps3's etc. I sold my ps3 last September at 'C exchange'. Got £180 for it, gave £160 to a homeless guy, and bought a 20 bag for myself. So instead of playing that I smoke and make music. One of the most beautiful talents humankind possesses.

Don't follow sheep, don't live the life THEY want you to!

Be different, make a difference.

Peace x

Hey dude, not to try to identify you with a particular group or statistics, but your just in a time of life where the forces are pulling and grabbing at your very being, your lost in the sauce about who you are, what your doing and the overall existentence of what we define as good and evil. Maybe I am a bit off, but i'll try ND throw some advice to you. Do something! go left or go right, charge up a hill or decide to roll down it in a burlaps sac, just go for something and if you do it right and listen to the advice of your elders(the ones you know you cantrust) good things will come. Life's not hard, but sometimes living can be; I live by a simple quote by a dude a lot of people know the quote goes; just keep living. That's it, for me that's all there is to it, I live, I love and in return I expect only what I give, just remember dude living life doesn't have to be a labyrinth through the dark, have some heart and keep the faith and know there is a light and the end of the tunnel. Sooner then you can realize your life will Begin change, but that change comes from within bro, nothing any government or t.v commercials can affect that change, this one is all on you and the decisions you make. :peace:~~~dude
