You'd need one of those drivers per 12 cobs.
If you're buying that many cobs have you considered getting Vero's or Citizens?
CXB's are about twice the price of Vero/Citi and both the Vero and Citi are more efficient. For the price you'd pay for 96 CXB's (without drivers) you could probably buy 96 Vero and 8 drivers.

4 on a hlg-240c-1750a or b for dimming--so you will need 3--if you do it this way--the other driver requires parallel wiring

which drivers would you recommend? for the veros and which drivers, theres so many numbersn I dont ubderstand. I'm wating on a quote on the 3590s

Cree was the standard until the newer cobs came out The vero citizen and luminus they are all cheaper than cree. By$10-12 a cob
You also need less cobs for the same area a 4x4 needs 10 cree 3590 and the same area needs 8 citizen running at 1.4A each
