What does your perfect system look like?

100% legal plant just like basil along with hemp.
If people choose not to grow a garden:
Should people be able to buy it at a store like basil, and should it have approved and banned substances than can be used in production?
Should there be checks and balances in place to ensure producers follow the guidelines if they sell their products commercially?

my version of legal is easy-if you need to grow, you can. if you need someone to grow for you (DG) you can. if you need to buy it-you can via LP or CC/Dispensary (if you HAVE to)
Exactly my thoughts.
Do you think all places that sell should be subject to the same laws and regulations?

Should a cc be able to sell weed that didn't come from approved and regulated producers?

I want the ability to have a garden if I wish, get some from friends who have gradens if I couldn't have one that year, or buy my weed from a store that I know is subject to regulations and laws so I have at least an idea what I'm buying.

If its 100% legal like basil the you can buy it anywhere since its 100% legal.

Yes, but our produce has lists of approved and banned substances that can be used and checks to ensure they are being followed.

All producers who sell commercially should be held to a certain standard.
You seem to be fear mongering in this post too. You just answered your own question. Its its grown commercially just like any farm they are already required to abide by law with pesticides. Why would you want any other system besides being 100% legal?

That's exactly what I want, it allows for options like buying commercial weed.
I want a system that ensures accepted quality controls are are being followed.

I'm not fear mongering at all. I was left wondering exactly what people wanted based on previous posts.

He asked what is a perfect system. Well 100% legal is as perfect as you can get arguing about it is just trolling. As for "pesticides" well again if its 100% legal any food production practices for commercial growing would be required just like any consumable plant.

It's not trolling.
Many people are pro cc that aren't regulated, so I asked.
Should their products be regulated?

Welcome back.
How do you know why I use mj? I said I never got scripted to not be a part of the mess I saw happening, not because I couldn't.

You don't have to agree with my perspectives, you may think I'm wrong. I'm okay with that because I know I disagree with much that is said around here and many of the opinions expressed.

I do have an open enough mind to read and pay attention to what you all say, if I agree with it great, if I'm wrong, I admit to it, if I say something that may be hypocritical I admit to it. All in the open, no hiding behind pms or sock accounts.

I would hope, that everyone here who shares the same common goal of wide access would consider there is more to the industry that includes lp's, ccs,dg's,dispensaries and home grows.

Why is it so difficult to discuss the whole picture with all factors included in an honest way. Neither side is innocent in today's state of affairs, but everyone can and should be included in the solution.

How do we do that?

You are trying to start the same shit like in the closed thread. You asked What does your perfect system look like? Well anything besides 100% legal is not perfect. Its its available anywhere from anyone then there will always be producers who will create "clean" product.

So who here doesn't want cannabis to be 100% legal like any plant say basil so people can do what ever they want with it and grow it all they want, give it away all they want or grow it commercially all they want.

No. I'm trying to get straight forward answers and idea as to what people believe would be a perfect system.

Yes, based on previous statements regarding regulated and non regulated sources, however, I'm asking a far broader question as to how people think mj should be brought to market and if there should be regulations and what they should be.

We all agree on home grows to be paramount, no need to discuss those. Let's talk commercial products bought in a store.
