what do you think about this, my case shoud have been dismissed right

well my court case was today and i have to wait another month for final fucking outcome again.... the police supposedly had 2 botonist reports on first appearance, a month later couldnt produce them (thats today lol) also its been 5 months and there still off being tested,

the plants were seedlings when they left and prety much mush and unidentifiable by the time the raid was over let alone ready to go on a drive to the nearest city...

anyhoo its 5 months later there tests still havet been done (seedlings will usually have no thc btw generally up untill the first 3 or 5 finger leaves).

i think my case should have been dissmissed today does anyone have a definate answere for this..

oh btw.
they tried to bribe me but tricked te mother o signing a piee of paper that fucks my arguement up there (didnt take it naturally, i told him to shove it)

theyve lied in court about evidence (botanist report- they also said that they had sent the plants off for real lab inspection which should have been long over)

and in the statment. they say 17 plants in question there were only 16
they have killed my cat more or less

tried to bribe me, hehe they were pissed when i told em to shove it.

they have withheld info from me and my lawyer we have both tried to get the info a few times.

my idea is they have nothing on me and they were hoping to get a confesion as this is the hearing date where i was sposed to be finished and done with it all.

meh so whats your take. naturally theres more to it than that but i cant be fucked im smashed lol.

i myself know that the seedlings were to young to have thc in them and they would look like absolute shit now lol. so perhaps theres a chance plus the whole evidence and lying thing...

What state you live in, because in NY its only a misdemeanor to cultivate. It turns into a felony when you harvest.

Yea they should of just let it go but its always a pride thing with them scumbags lol so they'll try and drag it on and on to try and get you to take that plea.
